The Central Bank of Bolivia amends Article 21 of Resolution 060/2001 to require prior consultation with the Ministry of Finance before automatically closing Special and Other US Dollar Accounts that have remained inactive or at zero balance for more than one year. This modification replaces the previous provision that allowed for automatic closure without such consultation, thereby introducing a mandatory coordination step with the Ministry of Finance for these account closures.
