The Board of the Bank of Lithuania amends the Regulations on Inspections Carried Out for the Purposes of Financial Market Supervision by updating definitions for non-routine inspections and inspection plan contents, including the addition of estimated timeframes. The resolution mandates that inspection plans and amendments be published on the Bank's website within three business days of adoption. It establishes that on-site inspections require at least two inspectors and specifies the initiation process via an ordinance by the director of the relevant structural unit. Inspected entities are required to provide accurate information in Lithuanian or English within specified time limits and are granted ten business days to comment on draft inspection reports and provide written explanations on final findings.
