Resolution Approving Guidelines for Information Provision by Central Securities Depositories and Operators of Securities Settlement Systems to the Bank of Lithuania
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania approves guidelines requiring Central Securities Depositories and Operators of Securities Settlement Systems to submit specific operational data electronically. System Operators must provide quarterly reports on securities settlement system operations within 10 business days after the end of each quarter, while Central Depositories must submit monthly information on ISIN codes and securities changes within 10 business days after the end of each month. The resolution repeals previous guidelines from May 2014 and authorizes the Economics and Financial Stability Service to draft instructions for completing the required report forms by 31 March 2018.
