1996-07-25 | Resolução CMN 2301Added
Financial institutions and authorized entities must provide five uninterrupted daily public service hours, including mandatory service from 12:00 to 15:00 Brasília time, and post visible service hour boards. Operations after the SCCOP cutoff hour integrate into the next day’s movement, with the limit hour displayed on the board. Changes to service hours require 30 days’ public notice. Credit cooperatives, pioneer agencies, PABs, and PACs are exempt. Non-compliance with posting, cutoff, or notice rules triggers fines under Resolution No. 2,228. This resolution replaces prior resolutions and circulars and enters force upon publication.
