Resolution modifying general provisions establishing the procedure for handling information and documentation requests from competent authorities to financial entities supervised by the CNBV
The National Banking and Securities Commission amends Articles 2 and 9 and adds Annex 3 to the general provisions governing information requests from competent authorities. Financial entities must now submit account statements via a structured XML layout and a corresponding PDF file that restricts editing and copying. The resolution enters into force the day after its publication, with the new Annex 3 requirements becoming effective 210 days later.
