Resolution modifying the General Provisions applicable to Brokerage Houses
This Resolution amends Articles 53, 215, and 216 of the General Provisions applicable to Brokerage Houses to modify the deadlines for submitting supervisory stress test scenarios and results, and to authorize brokerage houses to promote securities for listing on international quotation systems. It also extends the compliance deadlines for brokerage houses to certify their technological infrastructure and execute contracts with stock exchanges, setting final dates of April 23, 2018, and July 23, 2018. For the 2018 fiscal year, brokerage houses must use the supervisory scenarios previously issued and submit their capital sufficiency evaluation report during August 2018.
