Resolution modifying the general provisions applicable to investment funds and persons providing services to them
The resolution amends Articles 1 and 76 and adds Article 144 to the general provisions applicable to investment funds, while repealing Article 1, fraction V, and Chapter Three of Title Four (Articles 86 to 105) regarding independent external auditors. These changes remove specific external audit contracting rules from the investment fund regulations because they are now governed by separate provisions for supervised entities and issuers. The resolution enters into force on August 1, 2018.
