Resolution modifying the General Provisions applicable to Popular Savings and Credit Entities, Integration Organizations, Community Financial Societies, and Rural Financial Integration Organizations under the Popular Savings and Credit Law
The National Banking and Securities Commission amends Articles 210 Bis 1 and 210 Bis 2 to establish specific application formats for special accounting criteria and records for supervised financial entities. The resolution reduces the maximum response time for these authorizations to sixty business days and introduces transitional provisions for pending requests and existing authorizations. These changes apply to Popular Financial Societies, Community Financial Societies, and other regulated entities subject to the Popular Savings and Credit Law.
