Resolution modifying the general provisions applicable to securities broker-dealers
The resolution amends Article 30 of the General Provisions Applicable to Securities Broker-Dealers to require broker-dealers to report debt instrument transactions to the securities depository institution on the same day, with transactions with other broker-dealers or credit institutions reported within thirty minutes. It also repeals the fourth paragraph of Article 99. These changes enter into force on July 31, 2019.
