the close of the first business day following the date of receipt of the redemption request at the headquarters or branches of the managing institution shall be used. Art. 28. Redemption shall be made in cash, check, payment order or credit order document, without charging any fee or expense, up to and including the 10th (tenth) business day following the receipt of the request at the headquarters or branches of the managing institution. Paragraph 1. In special cases, after prior consultation with the Central Bank, redemption may be made in securities. Paragraph 2. Art. 30. The convening of the general assembly shall be made by notice published in the newspaper(s) referred to in item III of arts. 22 and 38, which shall mandatorily include the day, time and place where the assembly will be held and, even if summarily, the matters to be addressed.
