Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File 2024031773 submitted by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 1022-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Fondo de Fondos IF XVIII Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023027287 on 20 June 2023, as part of the mutual fund program called "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 1022-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Fondo de Fondos IF XVIII Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV", from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
