WHEREAS:

File 2024033653 submitted by BTG Pactual Perú S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos, as well as Report No. 1076-2024-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Superintendency of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Superintendency of Supervision of Entities No. 080-2023-SMV/10.2 of 28 June 2023, the registration of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "BTG Pactual Rendimiento Dólares 1 FMIV" was ordered, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos BTG Pactual Rendimiento Dólares", as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 1076-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "BTG Pactual Rendimiento Dólares 1 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to BTG Pactual Perú S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos Mutuos and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
