Resolution of the General Superintendency of Entities Supervision No. 113-2026-SMV/10.2 Lima, July 14, 2026

SEEN:
The file No. 2026024566 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A., as well as Report No. 1089-2026-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Superintendency of Entities Supervision of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores;

CONSIDERING:
That, through documents submitted by July 8, 2026, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the registration of the mutual fund named "GC Tierra Firme Dólares FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Societies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1089-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "GC Tierra Firme Dólares FMIV", its simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in article 1st of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores recommends the subscription of quotas of the aforementioned mutual investment fund in securities nor expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3rd.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must submit to the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
