Resolution of the Assistant Superintendent of Prudential Supervision No. 008-2026-SMV/10
The Superintendence of the Securities Market (SMV) declares the archiving of the administrative sanctioning procedure initiated against ANKA Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. and concludes the proceedings. The procedure was initiated due to the late submission of ANKA SAFI's individual interim financial statements and management report for the fourth quarter of 2021, which were submitted 77 days after the February 15, 2022 deadline. The SMV determined that because the information was eventually presented, the specific offense of non-presentation does not apply, and therefore no sanction is imposed.
