On Amendments to the Rules of Pawnshop Activities and Operations

This resolution will lose force on August 8, 2021, in accordance with the [resolution](/docs/5422508?ONDATE=08.08.2021 00#5423297) of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 2, 2021, No. 5/10 "On Approval of the Regulation on Coordination and Regulation of Microcredit Organizations and Pawnshops" (reg. No. 3300 dated 07.05.2021).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 21, 2019, No. UP-5723 "On Improving the Procedure for Determining the Size of Wages, Pensions, and Other Payments," and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 29, 2018, No. 399 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing Registration Certificates for Work with Precious Metals and Gemstones," the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Make amendments to the [Rules](/docs/552772?ONDATE=20.12.2003 00#552826) of Pawnshop Activities and Operations, approved by the resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 22, 2003, No. 23/4 (reg. No. 1290 dated December 10, 2003) (Bulletin of Normative Acts of Ministries, State Committees, and Agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 23), according to the appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.

Amendments to the Rules of Pawnshop Activities and Operations

1. In [paragraph 3](/docs/552772?ONDATE=20.12.2003 00#552834):

in the [second paragraph](/docs/552772?ONDATE=20.12.2003 00#552835), replace the word 'activity' with the word 'work';

in the [third paragraph](/docs/552772?ONDATE=20.12.2003 00#552836), replace the word 'operations' with the word 'work'.

2. In [Appendix No. 2](/docs/552772?ONDATE=20.12.2003 00#552893), replace the words 'fifty times the established minimum wage' with the words 'fifty times the established basic calculated amount'.
