This resolution will lose force on April 14, 2023, in accordance with the [resolution](/docs/6350108?ONDATE=14.04.2023 00#6350955) of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 6, 2022, No. 28/3 "On Recognizing Certain Departmental Normative Legal Acts Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Having Lost Force" (reg. No. 3411 dated 11.01.2023).

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Microcredit Organizations", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Approve the Regulation on the Coordination and Regulation of the Activities of Microcredit Organizations and Pawnshops according to Appendix No. 1*.

• Appendix No. 1 is provided in the Uzbek language.

2. Recognize as having lost force certain departmental normative legal acts according to Appendix No. 2.

3. This resolution enters into force upon the expiration of three months from the day of its official publication.
