RESOLUTION

of October 14, 2016 No. 42/3

On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. Make amendments to the following resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (attached):

• "On Certain Regulatory Acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated August 25, 2005 No. 26/5;

• "On Approval of the Rules for Carrying Out Money Transfers via Money Transfer Systems in the Kyrgyz Republic" dated July 15, 2009 No. 30/6.

2. To the Legal Department:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution enters into force upon the expiration of fifteen days from the date of its official publication.

4. The Payment Systems Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of the structural subdivisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, regional departments, the representative office of the National Bank in the Batken region, and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic L.Dz. Orozbayeva.

AMENDMENTS
To Certain Resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Make the following amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Certain Regulatory Acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated August 25, 2005 No. 26/5:

in the Regulation "On the Periodic Regulatory Banking Report", approved by the aforementioned resolution:

in Appendix 1:

• in the column "Note or reference to Regulatory Legal Act" of subsection A of clause 23, the sentence "If the bank's tariffs in the head office and in the regions are the same, a single report is prepared and tariffs for the regions are not indicated in the report" shall be excluded.

2. Make the following amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Rules for Carrying Out Money Transfers via Money Transfer Systems in the Kyrgyz Republic" dated July 15, 2009 No. 30/6:

in the Rules for Carrying Out Money Transfers via Money Transfer Systems in the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the aforementioned resolution:

• in clause 4.11, the words "information in accordance with Appendix 1 and" shall be excluded;
• Appendix 1 shall be recognized as having lost force.
