RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK

OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

of August 25, 2005 No. 26/5

On Certain Regulatory Legal Acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

(In the edition of the Resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 31, 2017 No. 21/5, June 15, 2017 No. 2017-P-12/25-5)

Having considered the draft Regulation on the Periodic Regulatory Bank Report, as well as amendments and additions to certain regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. Approve the Regulation on the Periodic Regulatory Bank Report (attached).

(In the edition of the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 15, 2017 No. 2017-P-12/25-5)

2. Approve amendments and additions to certain regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (attached).

3. The Methodology and Licensing Supervision Department together with the Legal Department shall, in the established manner, carry out the state registration of this Resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic with subsequent official publication.

4. This Resolution shall enter into force on January 1, 2006.

5. From the moment of entry into force of this Resolution, recognize as invalid:

• Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 25/2 of June 12, 2002 "On new editions of the Periodic Regulatory Bank Report and Instruction on filling out the Periodic Regulatory Bank Report";

• Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 16/9 of June 30, 1995 "On amendments and additions to the Methodological Recommendations on compiling the Periodic Regulatory Bank Report".

6. After publication of the registered regulatory legal act, inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic about the source of publication (name of the edition, its number and date).

Published in the journal "Regulatory Acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", No. 10, book 1 (in Kyrgyz), book 2 (in Russian) 2005.

7. Supervision over the implementation of this Resolution shall be entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic S.E. Zhanibekova.

AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS in certain acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

(In the edition of the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 31, 2017 No. 21/5)

I. In the Instruction "On the procedure for compliance with limits of open currency position by commercial banks on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by Resolution of the Board of the NBKR of December 29, 2004 No. 36/13 (reg. number MJ KR No. 16-05 of February 1, 2005), make the following changes:

1. Appendix 1 shall be worded as follows:

III. In the Regulation on economic norms and requirements mandatory for compliance by commercial banks and financial credit institutions licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by Resolution of the Board of NBKR of July 21, 2004 No. 18/1 (reg. number MJ KR No. 93-04 of August 23, 2004), make the following changes:

1. Appendix No. 1 to the Regulation on economic norms and requirements mandatory for compliance by commercial banks and financial credit institutions licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic shall be worded as follows:
