On Amendments and Additions to Certain Resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

In accordance with Articles 7, 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (attached):

• "On Approval of the New Edition of the Regulation "On the NBKR Supervisory Committee" of March 19, 2005 No. 6/2;

• (paragraph lost force in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the NB KR of June 8, 2017 No. 2017-P-12/23-1)

• "On Approval of the Regulation "On Licensing of Credit Unions" of December 23, 2015 No. 78/25;

• "On the Regulation "On Licensing, Reorganization and Liquidation of Microfinance Companies on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 31, 2007 No. 5/1;

• (paragraph lost force in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the NB KR of June 15, 2017 No. 2017-P-12/25-10)

• "On Approval of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Issuing a License for the Right to Conduct Exchange Operations with Cash Foreign Currency" of July 27, 2011 No. 40/4;

2. To the Legal Department:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic L.Dz. Orozbayeva.

1. Make additions and changes to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the New Edition of the Regulation "On the NBKR Supervisory Committee" of March 19, 2005 No. 6/2 as follows:

in the Regulation "On the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by the aforementioned resolution:

• in the second paragraph of point 1.3, after the words "Deputy Chairman", add the words "/Board Member";

• in point 2.6, replace the words "Deputy Chairman of the National Bank (Chairman of the Committee)" with the words "Chairman of the Committee".

in points 18, 26, 38, after the words "Deputy Chairman" in various cases, add the words "/Board Member of the National Bank" in the corresponding cases.

4. Make additions to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Regulation "On Licensing, Reorganization and Liquidation of Microfinance Companies on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 31, 2007 No. 5/1 as follows:

in the Regulation "On Licensing, Reorganization and Liquidation of Microfinance Companies on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by the aforementioned resolution:

• in points 4.11, 5.2, after the words "Deputy Chairman", add the words "/Board Member";

• in appendices 7, 8, 11 and 12, after the words "Deputy Chairman" in various cases, add the words "/Board Member" in the corresponding cases.

in the Regulation on Minimum Qualification Requirements Imposed on Officials of Microfinance Companies Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the aforementioned resolution:

• in points 5.5, 7.1, 7.2, after the words "Deputy Chairman" in various cases, add the words "/Board Member" in the corresponding cases;

• in appendices 2, 3, after the words "Deputy Chairman", add the words "/Board Member".

13. Make an addition to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Some Regulatory Legal Acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 25, 2005 No. 26/5 as follows:

in the Regulation on the Periodic Regulatory Bank Report, approved by the aforementioned resolution:

in point 4.7, after the words "Deputy Chairman", add the words "/Board Member".

14. Make a change to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation "On the Periodic Regulatory Report of Banks Carrying Out Operations in Accordance with Islamic Principles of Banking and Finance" of March 30, 2011 No. 20/4 as follows:

in the Regulation on the Periodic Regulatory Report of Banks Carrying Out Operations in Accordance with Islamic Principles of Banking and Finance, approved by the aforementioned resolution:

in point 15, replace the word "Deputy" with the words "Deputy Chairman/Board Member".
