RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK

OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On Approving the Regulation on Minimum Qualification Requirements,

Imposed on Officials of Microfinance Companies,

Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

Having considered the draft Regulation on Minimum Qualification Requirements

Imposed on Officials of Microfinance Companies

Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic,

guided by Articles 20, 27 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On

Microfinance Organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic", Articles 7, 43

of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz

Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

resolves:

1. Approve the Regulation on Minimum Qualification Requirements,

Imposed on Officials of Microfinance Companies,

Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (attached).

2. The Methodology and Licensing Supervision Directorate jointly with

the Legal Department to carry out state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic

in the established manner with subsequent official publication.

3. This resolution enters into force from the moment of official

publication after state registration in the Ministry of Justice

of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. In paragraph 1.1 of the Temporary Instruction on minimum requirements,

Imposed on officials and heads of internal audit services of commercial banks and financial and credit institutions,

Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the procedure for their

Coordination with the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by

Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.

24/5 of September 15, 2004 (registration number of the Ministry

of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic 119-04 of October 22, 2004)

delete the words "microfinance companies carrying out operations for

taking deposits".

5. After publication of the registered normative legal act, inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic about

the source of publication (name of the edition, its number and date).

6. Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to

the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic
