RESOLUTION

of 25 February 2015 No. 13/8

On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Amount of Fees for Licenses Issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" No. 48/7 of 14 November 2007

Pursuant to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Licensing and Permitting System in the Kyrgyz Republic", in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Non-Tax Payments" and Article 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To introduce into the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Amount of Fees for Licenses Issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" No. 48/7 of 14 November 2007 the following additions:

• to supplement paragraph 1 with paragraphs 9 and 10 as follows:

"for the provision of services for accepting and processing payments and settlements for goods and services that are not the result of one's own activity, in favor of third parties through payment systems based on information technologies and electronic means and methods of making payments — ten times the calculation index;

for the provision of services for accepting, processing and issuing financial information (processing, clearing) on payments and settlements of third parties to participants of the payment system, of a given processing, clearing center — ten times the calculation index".

2. To the Legal Department:

• to publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Payment Systems Department to bring this resolution to the attention of structural subdivisions, regional departments and the representative office in Batken Oblast.

4. This resolution enters into force upon the expiry of fifteen calendar days from the day of official publication.

5. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, B.Zh. Zheenbayevа.
