Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 48/7 of 14 November 2007 on the Amount of Fees for Licenses Issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLUTION

of 14 November 2007 No. 48/7

On the Amount of Fees for Licenses Issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

(As amended by resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 14 October 2009 No. 41/5, 25 February 2015 No. 13/8)

Pursuant to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of 27 January 2006 "On Amending the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On Licensing'", as well as the Regulation "On Licensing of Certain Types of Entrepreneurial Activity" approved by resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 31 May 2001 No. 260, the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To establish the amount of fees for licenses issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the following amounts:

for the right to conduct exchange operations with cash foreign currency - three times the calculated indicator;

for the right to conduct banking operations:

• in national currency - three times the calculated indicator;

• in foreign currency - three times the calculated indicator;

• with precious metals - three times the calculated indicator;

for the right to carry out activities by specialized financial and credit institutions - three times the calculated indicator;

for the right to carry out activities by credit unions - one som;

for the provision of services for the acceptance and processing of payments and settlements for goods and services that are not the result of one's own activity, in favor of third parties through payment systems based on information technologies and electronic means and methods of making payments - ten times the calculated indicator;

for the provision of services for the acceptance, processing and issuance of financial information (processing, clearing) on payments and settlements of third parties to participants of the payment system, of a given processing, clearing center - ten times the calculated indicator.

2. In the case of re-issuance and issuance of a duplicate license, the fee shall be charged in the amount of one calculated indicator.

3. All funds collected for the consideration of an application and issuance of a license, as well as for the re-issuance and issuance of a duplicate license, shall be transferred to the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. From the moment this resolution enters into force, paragraphs 1-3, 5, 6 of resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 27/2 of 25 July 2001 "On the Amount of Fees for Licenses Issued by the NBKR" and resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 44/9 of 11 October 2007 "On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the NBKR 'On the Amount of Fees for Licenses Issued by the NBKR'" shall be recognized as having lost force.

5. The Non-Bank Institutions Supervision Department, together with the Legal Department, shall, in accordance with the established procedure, send this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution enters into force from the moment of official publication after state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
