RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK

OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On Approval of the "Instruction on Conducting

On-Site Inspections"

Having considered the draft "Instruction on Conducting On-Site Inspections", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. Approve the attached "Instruction on Conducting On-Site Inspections" and bring it into force from the moment of publication after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The Methodology and Licensing Supervision Department, jointly with the Legal Department, shall carry out the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in the established manner.

3. This resolution shall be published in the official publications of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic within 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. From the moment this resolution enters into force, recognize as invalid the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 30/4 of August 15, 2001 "On the Instruction on the Inspection of a Commercial Bank and the Instruction on the Preparation of a Report on the Inspection of a Commercial Bank".

5. The Methodology and Licensing Supervision Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of the regional (oblast) departments of the NBKR, commercial banks, JSC RSC, KSFU, FKPRKS, and the Association of Banks of Kyrgyzstan.

6. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to K.Sh. Sharshekееva, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
