The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic amends four regulatory acts to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting for commercial banks and licensed financial-credit institutions. The changes include updating cross-references in the Instruction on Credit Limitations, changing the frequency of reporting in that instruction from quarterly to monthly, and clarifying the definition of reserves in the Instruction on Capital Adequacy Standards. Additionally, the weighted risk values for various asset categories, including cash, interbank deposits, securities, and loans, are specified in a new appendix to the capital adequacy instruction.
