On Amendments and Additions to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19 February 2003 No. 4/4 "On the Temporary Instruction on Working with Deposits", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 25 March 2003, registration number 25-03"

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To introduce into the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19 February 2003 No. 4/4 "On the Temporary Instruction on Working with Deposits", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 25 March 2003, registration number 25-03, the amendments and additions in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution enters into force after official publication.

3. After publication of the registered normative legal act, the Legal Department shall inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic of the source of publication (name of the publication, its number and date).

4. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Bokontaev K.K.

AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19 February 2003 No. 4/4 "On the Temporary Instruction on Working with Deposits", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 25 March 2003, registration number 25-03

To introduce into the Temporary Instruction on Working with Deposits, approved by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19 February 2003 No. 4/4 "On the Temporary Instruction on Working with Deposits", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 25 March 2003, registration number 25-03, the following amendments and additions:

1. In the subsection "For opening a bank account under a bank deposit agreement, depositors - legal entities (residents) must submit" of section 5, introduce the following amendments:

• in item 3), exclude the words "and in statistical bodies";

• restate item 4) as follows:

"4) a copy of the Charter (Regulation), with amendments and additions, notarized";

• exclude item 6);

• consider items 7) and 8) as items 6) and 7) respectively;

• supplement with item 8) as follows:

"8) Legal entities registered in the Free Economic Zone must additionally submit a document confirming the registration of the legal entity with the statistical bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic;".

2. In the subsection "Branches and representative offices of legal entities (residents and non-residents) carrying out economic activity in the Kyrgyz Republic, for opening a bank account under a bank deposit agreement, must submit to the bank" of section 5, introduce the following amendments:

• restate item 2) as follows:

"2) a copy of the Charter (Regulation) on the activities of the head organization, with amendments and additions, notarized;";

• exclude items 4) and 5);

• in item 6), replace the words "on accounting" with the preposition "on", exclude the words "and statistical bodies";

• consider items 6), 7), 8), 9) as items 4), 5), 6), 7) respectively.

3. In the last paragraph of section 5, replace the word "item" with the word "section".

4. Supplement section 5 with a paragraph as follows:

"When opening a settlement account, the bank is prohibited from demanding from a legal entity, branch and (or) representative office any other documents besides those provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
