RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK

OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On the Interim Provision "On the Establishment of Microcredit Companies and

Microcredit Agencies in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Having considered the Interim Provision "On the Establishment of Microcredit Companies

and Microcredit Agencies in the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National

Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To approve the Interim Provision "On the Establishment of Microcredit Compa-

nies and Microcredit Agencies in the Kyrgyz Republic" (attached).

2. To put this Interim Provision into effect from the moment of state

registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. The Legal Department shall carry out the state registration of the Interim

Provision "On the Establishment of Microcredit Companies and Microcredit

Agencies in the Kyrgyz Republic" with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz

Republic.

4. The Department of External and Public Relations of the NBKR shall publish the Interim

Provision "On the Establishment of Microcredit Companies and Microcredit

Agencies in the Kyrgyz Republic" within three days from the moment of its entry

into effect.

5. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to

Sharshekeeva K.Sh., Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz

Republic.
