On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Rules for Determining Official Exchange Rates of Foreign Currencies Against the Kyrgyz Som" of 28 March 2013 No. 10/15

In accordance with Articles 7, 17 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To introduce into the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Rules for Determining Official Exchange Rates of Foreign Currencies Against the Kyrgyz Som" of 28 March 2013 No. 10/15 the following amendment:

in the Rules for Determining Official Exchange Rates of Foreign Currencies Against the Kyrgyz Som approved by the above-mentioned resolution:

paragraph 20 of Appendix 2 to the above-mentioned Rules shall be recognized as having lost force.

2.

This resolution shall enter into force on 15 January 2015.

3.

To the Legal Department:

• to publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the Monetary Operations Department to bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, the relevant structural subdivisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, regional departments and the Representative Office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Oblast.

5. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Zhenish N.

5. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to Mr. Zhenish N., Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
