RESOLUTION

of 16 December 2009 No. 49/17

On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16 January 2008 No. 3/3 "On the Regulation on the Periodic Regulatory Report of a Credit Union", Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 20 February 2008, Registration Number 6-08

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To amend the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16 January 2008 No. 3/3 "On the Regulation on the Periodic Regulatory Report of a Credit Union", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 20 February 2008, Registration Number 6-08, with the additions in accordance with the annex to this resolution.

2. This resolution enters into force upon the expiry of one month after official publication.

3. Credit unions shall submit the periodic regulatory report in accordance with this resolution, starting with the report for the second quarter of 2010.

4. The Legal Department shall send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. The Non-Bank Institutions Supervision Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of credit unions, regional departments and the representative office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Oblast.

6. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Alybaeva S.K.

ADDITIONS to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16 January 2008 No. 3/3 "On the Regulation on the Periodic Regulatory Report of a Credit Union", Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 20 February 2008, Registration Number 6-08

To add to the Regulation "On the Periodic Regulatory Report of a Credit Union", approved by resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16 January 2008 No. 3/3 "On the Regulation on the Periodic Regulatory Report of a Credit Union", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 20 February 2008, Registration Number 6-08, the following additions:

1. Form No. 3 "Information on the Loan Portfolio" in Appendix 2 shall be supplemented with the table "B. Information on the Volumes of Loans Issued" with the following content:
