RESOLUTION

of 25 November 2015 No. 71/6

On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Rules for Determining Official Exchange Rates of Foreign Currencies against the Kyrgyz Som" No. 10/15 of 28 March 2013

In accordance with Articles 7, 17 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To introduce into the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Rules for Determining Official Exchange Rates of Foreign Currencies against the Kyrgyz Som" No. 10/15 of 28 March 2013 the following amendment:

in Appendix 2 to the Rules for Determining by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Official Exchange Rates of Foreign Currencies against the Kyrgyz Som, approved by the above-mentioned resolution:

• The List of Foreign Currencies whose official exchange rates against the Kyrgyz som are determined by the National Bank on a weekly basis shall be supplemented with item 40 as follows:

"40. Saudi riyal".

2. This resolution enters into force on 1 January 2016.

3. The Legal Department shall:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. The Monetary Operations Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, the relevant structural subdivisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, regional departments and the Representative Office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Oblast.

5. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic N. Zhenish.
