On approval of the List of liabilities for calculating required reserves

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

• 1. To approve the List of liabilities for calculating required reserves (attached).

• 2. To recognize as no longer in force:

  • Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10 December 2008 No. 45/2 "On approval of the list of liabilities for calculating required reserves";

  • Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 23 September 2009 No. 38/15 "On the new wording of the List of liabilities for calculating required reserves" approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10 December 2008 No. 45/2 "On approval of the list of liabilities for calculating required reserves".

• 3. This resolution enters into force on 1 November 2010.

• 4. After official publication, the Legal Department shall send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• 5. The Economic Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of structural subdivisions and commercial banks.

• 6. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Abdybaly tegin S.
