WHEREAS:

File 2024044241 submitted by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 1438-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Fondo de Fondos IF XXI Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" was registered under file No. 2023039179 on 14 September 2023, as part of the mutual fund program called "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondos de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as set out in Report No. 1438-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Fondo de Fondos IF XXI Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
