Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 007-2024-SMV/10.2

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2023051530 submitted by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and Report No. 129-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, "Credicorp Capital Barrera Condicional Soles VII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXI FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXXV FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXXVII FMIV", were registered through files No. 2022035935, No. 2022038279, No. 2023027588 and No. 2023029829, respectively, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 129-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds of investment in securities denominated "Credicorp Capital Barrera Condicional Soles VII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXI FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXXV FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XXXVII FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
