WHEREAS:

File No. 2024010367 initiated by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 418-2024-SMV/10.2 of 3 April 2024 from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 140-2021-SMV/10.2 of 16 December 2021, the registration of the mutual fund program called "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondos de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global Soles FMIV" was approved in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, by writings submitted up to 3 April 2024, Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the Superintendency of the Market in Securities to approve the amendment to the mutual fund program mentioned in the preceding paragraph, referring to the term of the time deposits used for the calculation of the program's performance comparison indicator;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos has complied with the provisions of articles 45-E and 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1; as developed in Report No. 418-2024-SMV/10.2 of 3 April 2024; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendment.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To approve the registration of the amendment to the mutual fund program called "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondos de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global Soles FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The amendment to the mutual fund program indicated in article 1 of this resolution shall enter into force on 3 April 2024.

Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. - Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
