Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendent of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File No. 2024011032 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 482-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 19 April 2024 from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by writings submitted up to 16 April 2024, Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the registration of the mutual fund "Credicorp Capital Renta en Dólares 3Y VII FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendency Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, as developed in Report No. 482-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 1, subsection b) of the Single Concorded Text of the Organic Law of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Law Decree No. 26126 and its amending norms; as well as article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market; approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the mutual fund for investment in securities denominated "Credicorp Capital Renta en Dólares 3Y VII FMIV", its simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Securities Market recommends the subscription of shares of the aforementioned mutual fund for investment in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos must send to the Superintendency of the Securities Market the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
