The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File 2024024421 submitted by Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 772-2024-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the "Fondo de fondos IF XVII Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023014449 on 31 March 2023, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondos de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the "Fondo de fondos IF XXII Rendimiento Global 180 FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023043671 on 18 October 2023, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos Fondos de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 772-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual funds for investment in securities named "Fondo de fondos IF XVII Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV" and "Fondo de fondos IF XXII Rendimiento Global 180 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. – Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
