Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities

The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

WHEREAS:

File 2024038665 submitted by BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 1225-2024-SMV/10.2 of 19 September 2024, prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 009-2010-EF/94.06.2 of 21 April 2010, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called “BBVA Súper Soles 6M FMIV” in the Public Registry of the Securities Market was ordered;

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 130-2022-SMV/10.22 of 28 November 2022, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called “BBVA Súper Dólares 8 FMIV”, as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the Participation Regulation, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market was ordered;

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 42-2023-SMV/10.2 of 29 March 2023, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called “BBVA Súper Dólares 10 FMIV”, as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the Participation Regulation, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market was ordered;

That, by Resolution of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities No. 48-2023-SMV/10.2 of 17 April 2023, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities called “BBVA Súper Dólares 11 FMIV”, as well as the corresponding simplified prospectus and annex to the Participation Regulation, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market was ordered;

That, the fund “BBVA Súper Dólares 9 FMIV” was registered in file No. 2022042149 on 21 October 2022 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the fund “BBVA Súper Dólares Institucional FMIV” was registered in file No. 2022042150 on 21 October 2022 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual funds are excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 1225-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities called “BBVA Súper Soles 6M FMIV”, “BBVA Súper Dólares 8 FMIV”, “BBVA Súper Dólares 10 FMIV”, “BBVA Súper Dólares 11 FMIV”, “BBVA Súper Dólares 9 FMIV” and “BBVA Súper Dólares Institucional FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
