SEEN:

File 2024040448 submitted by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 1294-2024-SMV/10.2 of 4 October 2024, prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities;

CONSIDERING:

That, the "Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Soles III FMIV" was registered in file No. 2023036722 on 24 August 2023, under the "Programa de Fondos Mutuos SURA Plazo Definido Soles", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Managing Companies has been verified, for which reason the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of term, as developed in Report No. 1294-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the exclusion of the mutual fund of investment in securities denominated "Fondo SURA Plazo Definido Soles III FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Market in Securities (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- To transcribe this resolution to Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
