WHEREAS:

File No. 2024037724 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 1335-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 15 October 2024 from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 11 October 2024, Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the registration of a structured mutual fund program called "Dólar Seguro", as well as the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Credicorp Capital 12M Dólar Seguro I FMIV", within the framework of said program, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation submitted, it has been verified that Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38, 45-A, 45-B, 45-C, 45-D, 73 and 74 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies; (ii) Superintendency Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; and (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market; as developed in Report No. 1335-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numerals 6 and 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the mutual fund program called "Dólar Seguro" and the mutual fund for investment in securities called "Credicorp Capital 12M Dólar Seguro I FMIV", as well as the respective simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Securities Market recommends the subscription of shares of the aforementioned mutual fund for investment in securities or other mutual funds of the program or expresses a favorable opinion on their profitability or quality.

Article 3.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos must send to the Superintendency of the Securities Market the updated version of the program, simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
