Resolution of the General Superintendence of Conduct Supervision No. 039-2026-SMV/11.1
The Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) orders the exclusion of the securities known as the "Twentieth Issuance of the Second Program of Red de Energía del Perú Bonds" and the "Second Program of Red de Energía del Perú Bonds" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market and the Lima Stock Exchange Registry due to the total cancellation of obligations and cessation of public interest. The resolution also dispenses with the requirement for a Public Buy Offer for Exclusion based on specific regulatory exceptions. The decision is binding on the issuer, Red de Energía del Perú S.A., the Bondholders' Representative, Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., CAVALI S.A. I.C.L.V., and the Lima Stock Exchange S.A., and is to be published on the SMV's institutional website.
