File N° 2026032461 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company, as well as Report N° 1144-2026-SMV/10.2 from the General Superintendence of Entity Supervision of the Superintendence of Securities Market; WHEREAS:
That, through writings submitted until July 21, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Superintendence of Securities Market to register modifications to the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual fund of investment in securities called “Credicorp Capital 12M Global Investment 2 FMIV” belonging to the “Global Investment” program, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, the proposed modification includes changes in the range of the redemption fee and the increase of the aforementioned current fee applicable to the fund; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company complies with the provisions of: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds of Investment in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution N° 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendence of Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree N° 115-2025-EF, as detailed in Report N° 1144-2026-SMV/10.2; and, In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 6 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree Nº 216- 2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- To approve the registration of the modification of the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual fund of investment in securities called “Credicorp Capital 12M Global Investment 2 FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The modification of the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus of the mutual fund mentioned in article 1 of this resolution shall enter into force on July 31, 2026.
Article 3.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
