Resolution of the General Superintendence of Entity Supervision No. 119-2026-SMV/10.2
This resolution approves the registration of modifications to the annex of the participation regulation and simplified prospectus for the "Credicorp Capital 12M Global Investment 2 FMIV" mutual fund, as requested by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Management Company. The approved changes include adjustments to the range of the redemption fee and an increase in the current fee applicable to the fund. These modifications will enter into force on July 31, 2026, and the resolution is to be disseminated on the Superintendence of Securities Market's portal and transcribed to Credicorp Capital S.A. and Banco de Crédito del Perú.
