Resolution of the General Superintendency of Conduct Supervision No. 044-2026-SMV/11.1
The General Superintendency of Conduct Supervision has ordered the exclusion of the securities named "Primera Emisión de Instrumentos de Corto Plazo de Luz del Sur S.A.A." from the "Cuarto Programa de Bonos Corporativos e Instrumentos de Corto Plazo de Luz del Sur S.A.A." from the Public Registry of the Securities Market and the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange. This decision was made at the request of Luz del Sur S.A.A. due to the total cancellation of obligations derived from these securities. The exclusion is exempt from the requirement to conduct a Public Tender Offer for Exclusion (OPC).
