Resolution of the General Superintendency of Conduct Supervision No. 046-2026-SMV/11.1
This resolution orders the exclusion of the "Third Issuance of Short-Term Instruments of Luz del Sur S.A.A.", part of the "Fourth Program of Corporate Bonds and Short-Term Instruments of Luz del Sur S.A.A.", from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. It also approves their exclusion from the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange. This action is taken at the request of Luz del Sur S.A.A. due to the total cancellation of obligations related to these securities, and it is exempt from requiring a Public Tender Offer for Exclusion.
