Resolution on Extension of Deadline to Issue General Rules Required by the Capital Markets Law
The Board of Directors of the Superintendence of Banks and Other Financial Institutions extends the deadline for issuing pending general rules under Law No. 587, the Capital Markets Law, by an additional twelve months from November 15, 2007. This extension applies to the nine general rules that remain to be issued following the promulgation of seventeen rules to date. The resolution enters into force upon notification.
