Resolution on Registration of Amendments to the Rules of the Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 130 A to register amendments to the rules of the Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments.” This action follows applications submitted by the “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company on July 18 and 21, 2025, and a favorable conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force the day following its submission or delivery to the manager in accordance with established procedures.
