Companies in the financial system authorized to capture public deposits, those under Article 7 of the General Law, and those not authorized to capture public deposits must determine supervisory causes and revocation grounds based on effective equity reductions from specific asset deductions. These entities must not increase exposure until within legal limits, though resulting excesses are ignored for certain Article 95 causes. Effective equity computation limits are suspended from January 1 to November 30, 2023, entering into effect December 1, 2023. This resolution replaces provisions in Resolutions SBS No. 455-99, 3952-2022, and 1048-2023, entering into effect June 30, 2023.
