Resolution SMV No. 004-2026-SMV/01
The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) authorizes the public consultation of a proposed modification to the Registration and Exclusion Regulation of Securities. The proposal seeks to include the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC) and its MSCI COLCAP index, as well as the Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago, Bolsa de Valores (BCS) and its S&P IPSA index, in Section II of Annex No. 15. This inclusion allows for automatic registration of these securities under simplified administrative procedures. Interested parties may submit comments and observations within fifteen (15) calendar days following the publication of the resolution in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
