Resolution SMV No. 005-2025-SMV/01 amends Article 18 of the SMV Sanctions Regulation to align administrative appeal deadlines with Legislative Decree No. 1683. The amendment establishes a maximum 45-day resolution period for reconsideration appeals and 90 days for appeals in high-complexity procedures, with shorter periods of 15 and 30 days respectively for other cases. It also regulates the timing for exercising the right to be heard, suspends the resolution deadline during this period, and eliminates the notification of the report containing the opinion on the appeal.
