Resolution SMV No. 008-2025-SMV/01
The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) authorizes the public consultation on proposed modifications to the Regulations for Public Offers of Acquisition and Purchase of Securities by Exclusion and the Regulations for the Public Registry of the Securities Market. The consultation period for comments and observations is set at twenty (20) calendar days from the day following the resolution's publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano. Interested parties must submit their feedback to the email address Proy_opa2025@smv.gob.pe.
