The revocation is based on market indicators showing reduced volatility and improved stability in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from July 2016 to January 2017. Issuers or public companies with active repurchase programs under the revoked circular may continue their buybacks until completion, provided the program concludes within three months of submitting information disclosure to the OJK and the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
