The Australian Securities and Investments Commission withdrew Regulatory Guide 165 on 5 October 2022. This document previously provided guidance on internal and external dispute resolution requirements for licensees. Readers are now directed to refer to Regulatory Guide 271 for current internal dispute resolution standards.
